Meet our Founder...
Teams Come First was founded by Tim Sayers, Tim is passionate about helping people to be the very best version they can be.

Prior to moving into training & development, Tim gained over 30 years of corporate experience at senior management and board level, in the UK and throughout Europe, leading teams in customer facing roles. Tim brings a wealth of experience from working in small to medium size enterprises as well as global organisations.
​
With an inherent sense of team, Tim is in no doubt that to succeed and to be truly fulfilled, people & teams need a strong sense of purpose and a deep sense of shared understanding. Achieving such success and fulfilment starts with first understanding self.

For over 15 years Tim has been in personal & team performance improvement, working across all market sectors, both private & public.
Tim is a licensed practitioner of Mindflick's 'Spotlight' & 'Team Dynamics' profiling tools, working with individuals and teams on developing emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, and overall performance improvement.
